This place was great for our family, plenty of space for us all. The finished upstairs was amazing for our kids, with plenty of space for them all to sleep and hang out. It was an easy and quick drive to anywhere we wanted to go in the city and some places were even walkable. Ryan, was very flexible and accommodating, we will definitely be staying here the next time we are in town.

Ryan's place was the perfect spot for my husband and I and our 3 grown children to gather together to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. The house has so much charm and character and felt like we were at our own home. The neighborhood is great with so many restaurants in walking distance from the house. Some had lunch at Rojo and we all enjoyed an afternoon coffee at O Henry's Coffees. I highly recommend dinner at Automatic Seafood & Oysters. Our weekend was perfect and having a great place to stay was the key. Ryan was easy to work with and very responsive. Thank you, Ryan, for sharing this historical home so we could enjoy its beauty.
