This is the perfect place for a family getaway. Living spaces are large and comfortable. Enjoyed the back covered outdoor space! Perfect place to unwind after a day of fun!

Ryan was very informative and helpful when I contacted him. This property was very clean and ready for our arrival. Very spacious for 7 adults and a 10 month old learning to walk!! We felt safe and outside noise was not an issue. VERY PLEASED!!!

Absolutely beautiful midcentury style home in a magnificent setting! The back porch views are incredible. The home is huge- bigger than the listing shows and is perfect for big families or hosting!

This lovely home has a balcony with a view overlooking a forest. The play of light from the sun and the moon through the trees was poem worthy. The whole place was welcoming and peaceful. Thank you!

Best BnB of all time. We had a blast. The home was perfect with gorgeous views. We were able to sit outside and watch a thunderstorm without the risk of getting wet or “blown away” by the wind. Will hopefully be back soon.

We loved our stay at this house. The house is beautiful and has so many different areas to hang out. We loved the price in relation to the proximity to things we wanted to do in Chattanooga. Had a great time and would stay again!

The house was great and location was very central to many outdoor hiking areas and just down the road downtown Chattanooga. We had a great time and hope to spend more time there in the future.

Very spacious place and sets up high overlooking Chattanooga. Only had one issue which was with the furnace one morning and Ryan had an HVAC guy out the same day. So very responsive. We would stay again if we find ourselves back in Chattanooga.

My family was visiting for a college visit. The house was an easy 25 min from University of Alabama. My boys went to the college and the girls and I went shopping and easily met back at the house. The house is immaculate and absolutely gorgeous with all the windows and decorations. Plenty of beds! The BEST restaurant is literally 5 mins down the road on the lake called southern ale house dockside, live band and great food.
